Lacrosse at the men's club level has a long and storied history. As the game has exploded in recent decades, the need for strong club leadership has grown. Club is the "Coach's Level" of the sport. Its where the coaches play, as well as many others.

Club Lacrosse America exists to support and promote the wonderful, dynamic sport of lacrosse on the men's club level. Club teams come in all shapes and sizes, often with differing goals and various levels of competitive intensity. Still, club lacrosse is a vital and necessary level of the sport.

Club Lacrosse America supports the development of club lacrosse as it is played by actual clubs during the regular spring season. Its not about house leagues, summer leagues, or men's pick-up leagues. It is about the support and growth of the club game, where much of the vital organizing and recruiting really takes place.

As diverse as club lacrosse is, many teams and leagues may be somewhat isolated geographically. Club Lacrosse America grants such entities something broader to belong to, with teams and leagues that share their goals and experiences.

Club Lacrosse America is not a "national governing body", nor is it a formal league. Rather, it is an association of like-minded lacrosse organizations who share the same passion for the sport at this level. It is something bigger to belong to, as well as a great way to network. It is also hoped that it can be a great way for leagues and teams to promote themselves, as well pass along the latest news from across the country.

Club Lacrosse America seeks an accurate accounting of men's club lacrosse throughout the country, granting the recognition that these teams and leagues deserve!
